Town Board meetings are held the second Tuesday of the month, 6:30pm at the Bearville Town Hall. Changes to the regular meeting schedule or Special Town Board meeting notices are published in the Timberjay and the Cook Shopper and posted on the bulletin board in front of the Bearville Town Hall and the bulletin board at the Side Lake Post Office.
The Bearville Board of Audit will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 6:30pm at the Bearville Town Hall. This meeting will consist of auditing the books for the year ending December 31, 2022 and preparing proposed levies to submit to the Annual Town Meeting
The Bearville Township Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at the Bearville Town Hall at 6:30 pm to vote on levies and any and all business proper to be conducted at the Annual Town Meeting. Any person eligible to vote in Bearville Township may vote at the Annual Town Meeting. All meetings are open to the public.
In case of inclement weather the Bearville Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 6:30 pm at the Bearville Town Hall.
The Bearville Town Board of Supervisors’ March meeting has been rescheduled to Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at 6:30pm at the Bearville Town Hall.
